Swearing-in ceremony held for two ESD No. 3 Commissioners

Brazos County ESD No. 3 Board Commissioners Thomas Goehl and Doug Box were sworn in for renewal of their positions on Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, by Acting Brazos County Judge Kyle Kacal.

Goehl serves as the board’s president, and Box serves as treasurer.

The ceremony took place in the Commissioners Courtroom at the Brazos County Administration Building and was attended by other members of the ESD No. 3 Board, family, friends, and members of the public.
